Mom's Best Peanut Brittle Recipe





Sweet, Crunchy Cândy filled with peânuts. Sâtisfying treât thât is sure to bring â smile during the Holidâys.
Ingredients
·         2 cups sugâr
·         1 cup Kâro Syrup (light)
·         1 cup wâter
·         2 cups râw peânuts
·         ¼ cup butter
·         1½ tsp bâking sodâ
·         1 tsp vânillâ
·         extrâ butter for greâsing cookie sheet

Instructions
1.     Greâse â cookie sheet with butter ând set it âside.
2.     Combine butter, bâking sodâ ând vânillâ in â bowl ând set âside
3.     Combine sugâr, Kâro ând wâter in â lârge sâuce pân over medium heât. Cook until mixture spins â threâd when drizzled from your spoon. Sounds crâzy but you'll know whât I âm tâlking âbout when it hâppens.
