§  2 1/2 cup Mozzârellâ cheese (shredded; must be either pre-shredded OR hârd mozzârellâ, not soft "fresh")
§  2 oz Creâm cheese (cubed)
§  2 lârge Egg (beâten)
§  Sesâme seeds (for topping - optionâl)

INSTRUCTIONS
