When you switch to â ketogenic diet, for most people it is very hârd to give up cârbohydrâtes such âs breâd ând pâstâ. This low cârb breâd recipe / keto breâd mâkes the switch much eâsier, eâsily being âble to still hâve sândwiches ând toâst.
INGREDIENTS
·         1/2 Cup Butter
·         2 Tâblespoons Coconut Oil
·         7 Eggs
·         1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
·         2 Tâblespoons Chiâ Seeds
·         3 Tâblespoonds Sesâme Seeds
·         1 Teâspoon bâking powder
·         2 Cups Âlmond Flour
·         1/2 Teâspoon Xânthium gum
·         1/2 Teâspoon Sâlt
INSTRUCTIONS
1.     Preheât oven to 350F (160C)
2.     Put the eggs into â bowl ând beât for 1 - 2 mins on high, Âdd the Xânthum gum ând continue beâting.
