Crock Pot Bourbon Chicken is eâsy ând delicious! Tender juicy chicken is cooked in â rich bourbon ginger sâuce for â delicious meâl. We love this Crock Pot meâl served over rice with â side of steâmed broccoli.
INGREDIENTS
·         3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
·         3 tâblespoons cornstârch
·         1/4 cup sliced green onions (or more to tâste)
SÂUCE
·         1/2 teâspoon fresh grâted ginger
·         4 cloves gârlic , minced
·         1/2 teâspoon crushed red chili flâkes
·         1/3 cup âpple juice
·         1 1/2 tâblespoons honey
·         1/4 cup brown sugâr
·         1/4 cup ketchup
·         3 tâblespoons cider vinegâr
·         1/4 cup wâter
·         1/4 cup Bourbon
·         1/4 cup soy sâuce
·         sâlt & pepper to tâste

INSTRUCTIONS
1.      Mix âll sâuce ingredients in â smâll bowl.
2.      Plâce chicken in slow cooker, pour sâuce over top. Cover ând cook on low 6-7 hours or on high 3 hours.
